The Fox on Flagler was born between the humidity of Miami and the shadows of New Orleans by Chef Bernard Duran.
What began as a series of intimate culinary pop-ups is now evolving into an Airstream food truck! This has been a culinary project years in the making, shaped by Caribbean warmth, Southern Gothic character, and slow, intentional hospitality.

Food is prepped using avocado oil and/or beef tallow. All ingredients are sustainably farmed, cultivated, and raised with care.
